UPDATE:
Attendees who reserve(d) at the hotels from the 10th to the 20th can reserve event tickets via the hotel voucher system.

The steps to take are:

1) Make your reservation by calling the hotels directly between June 10th and June 15th.
2) Send an email to anime08 [at] experient-inc.com with the following information:

a) Hotel Name
b) Confirmation Number
c) Name of ALL registered guests
d) Name of event tickets that you want

3) Experient will manually enter your request into their system and then send you a confirmation email for your records to confirm receipt.
4) When you print out your badge at the convention, your voucher will print out as well.
